For personalised slate plaques we will email you with a draft for your approval. We provide one change free of charge. Additional changes may incur an additional fee.
Orders are processed within 4 - 6 days and delivery normally takes 3 - 5 working days.
At this moment we generally only ship to Ireland. However feel free to drop us an email and we will see if we can accommodate you if you don't live in Ireland.
Our slate plaques are engraved to a high standard, are sealed and are durable in different climates. We guarantee an outdoor lifespan of at least 4 years.

General wear and tear describes the breakdown of materials that occurs naturally over time. Our guarantee does not cover wear and tear from accidents and improper care.

Unfortunately personalised items cannot be exchanged.
In the highly unlikely event that your order arrives with an error we will of course happily redo your item at no additional cost or offer you a full refund.
